Virtual Event Studio


In the wake of the Coronavirus, The Party Concierge is adapting to the times. We are shifting our focus to do what we do best by bringing a safe virtual event to non-profits, schools, organizations and companies looking for a different and unique space to host their meetings and events.


From hosting auctions (silent, live or combination of both), presentations, to virtual meetings and conferences via smartphone, tablet, laptop and/or desktop in an engaging, interesting way. There are many variations and possibilities that we can provide, outsource and manage. 


The Party Concierge would provide the space which would include: parking, restrooms, and a climate controlled recording space. There is additional, non-climate controlled space available for auxiliary recording and entertainment aspects, like a small live band, demo, etc.

The Party Concierge would facilitate (as little or as much of these below): 

  • Set Design (from pipe and drape, BeMatrix sets, wood flats, acrylic modular system, any print work, props, balloons, furniture, accent lighting)

  • Green Screen

  • A stage riser 

  • Podium

  • Carpet or vinyl flooring

  • An augmented reality option of actually feeling like one is actually “there” at their event

  • Assistance in hiring a multimedia company to either Livestream Video and/or provide Pre-Record Video services

    •   *This company would also provide lighting (in combination with our truss/base) and audio (lavs, headsets, handhelds), speaker timers, etc

    • LED Video Screens and /or Entire Video Wall

    • Robotically operated cameras (ie, less people in the space)

    • Help fundraising efforts via live or silent auction. Involvement level can vary

    • Coordination Services:

    • Day-of Coordination

      • Assistance day-of with managing all the moving pieces

      • Monitoring silent and/or live auctions

      • Troubleshooting with attendees

      • Managing breakout rooms

    • Partial Planning

      • Help select all vendors needed

      • Organize any handouts or items being sent out to attendees

      • Help design new layout of event ( how will everything transfer to virtual while staying on-brand and interactive)

      • Assistance with registration

In addition we would hire a cleaning service BEFORE and AFTER the event and a PC Staff member would be present to wipe down surfaces.
