Who sets up the decor?


***Right now we are doing contactless deliveries- we will place your order on your doorstep!** If you decide to pick the items up, and waive the delivery fees, it is your responsibility to set up. If you would like assitance day of, please call us and we can work out a price for setting up your event. If you have your items delivered, we will place them where they need to go. Excessive set up may cause additional charges. If it is a rental item, they can be dropped back back off at our office for free or we can pick them up for an additional charge.




How can payments be made?


We can accept Debit/Credit card & Bank transfer via the Paypal platform upon checkout. All orders must be paid for before they are delivered. Call 916-440-8080 with further questions!




What is Contactless Delivery?


We will drop off your order to your front door, give you a call to let you know we are there, and then stick around to make sure it's perfect!




Are there minimum order requirements for delivery?


Yes! We require a minimum order of $55 to offer our contactless delivery service. All orders have the option of being picked up( from a safe distance) at our store. All orders under $55 will need to be picked up, or have a surcharge added to their delivery cost. Call with more questions. 916-440-8080
